Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. At this time we will not be shipping out to international locations, thank you for your understanding!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. As every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or never arrives, please contact us and we'll make it right. Please reach out to lisafartsart@pm.me with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable), and we'll work on getting a replacement sent to you.

When will I get my order?

All items are made to order and typically take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that production and shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Why are your stickers and prints priced the way they are?

Every sticker and print is made entirely by hand by me, from start to finish. The pricing reflects the time, care, and effort that goes into each individual piece.
